Welcome to the Police Department
The Leland Grove Police Department is dedicated to the community it serves. We are committed to establishing an environment in which members of the department and community thrive. We seek to be a catalyst for positive change through persistent, personalized and cost effective use of public safety resources. By embracing the values of pride, professionalism and integrity we remain committed to maintaining the public trust.
The Department is staffed by full-time officers and part-time officers. We provide full 24 hour coverage of the City. Anytime, day or night, we can respond to your location.
The Leland Grove Police Department places a strong emphasis on community programs. We offer several programs to the city residents, that we feel can reduce their risk of becoming a victim of crime. Some of these programs are:
· Vacation Watch, where the department monitors your residence while you are on vacation.
· I Live Alone, where the departments keeps an update list of the Citizens that live alone.
· Neighborhood Watch and other programs.
· Bicycle Program, where officers will patrol on the police bikes in the neighborhoods.
