Officer Seth Foster

Officer Seth Foster was selected by  the Leland Grove Police Department in August 2014.

Seth R. Foster began his career as a Police Officer with the Kincaid Police Department in 2012. After only a year, he was promoted to Sergeant, then later in March of 2014 he was assigned to acting Chief.

He joined the Leland Grove Police Department as a police officer in August of 2014. Officer Foster has his Associates Degree and is currently working towards his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He graduated from the LETAC Training Academy in June of 2013 at the top of his class.
