Officer Yatti Ely grew up in the Chicago Land area. Attended DeVry University, in Addison, Illinois. Joined the Electrical Union IBEW, Local 193 and later attended Lincoln Land Community College. Where he received a degree in Mathematical Science.

He now looks forward to servicing the Leland Grove and Sangamon County area.
